This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Sahakar Bharati Karnataka through our official website and membership portal.

1. Membership Payments Are Non-Refundable

All membership registration fees (Individual / Firm / Institutional) are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Membership fees paid via UPI
• Annual renewal fees
• Event participation charges
• Donations voluntarily made

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a membership form is submitted and payment is completed, the membership cannot be cancelled as the organization immediately begins allocation of resources, verification, and administrative processing.

3. Duplicate Payment Refund

A refund is allowed only in cases where:

• The same user accidentally made the payment twice.
• The amount was debited but not updated on the system.
• The UPI app confirms a failed transaction but money was still deducted.

In such cases, members must email supporting documents within 7 days.

4. Required Documents for Refund Approval

• UPI transaction ID
• Payment screenshot
• Registered mobile number
• Membership details (if generated)

5. Refund Processing Time

Once verified and approved, refunds (for valid duplicate cases) will be processed within:

• 7 – 14 working days for UPI payment reversal

6. No Cash Refunds

All refunds, if eligible, will be processed only through the same UPI/payment method used originally. Cash refunds are not allowed.
